Aaaaaaaaaaah
Aug. 13th, 2006 08:41 pmAaaaaah the kids come back tomorrow and I'm so totally not ready! About two-thirds of my classroom stuff is still on the floor of my study! Fortunately, I did manage to sort out the box that had all of my old Precal and Stats stuff, so that's all in one place (although not in order yet). I also shelved two small boxes of educational books in the study here, so those are out of the way, except for the ones that are going in with me. (I'm going to have to get a second small filing cabinet, or a storage box, or something.)
So I'm in much better shape than I was. But, still, Aaaaaaaaaah!

In a worst-case scenario, cast circle around the whole thing and make a work out of it. (pros: circle itself is calming; you won't want to leave or do something else until you're done. cons: you'll be there a while, and under a [self-imposed] compulsion to finish, too).

Believe it or not, I did grow up.
Eventually.
Mostly.

Date: 2006-08-14 05:07 am (UTC)I'm not too worried about the other five classes, although I'm going to have to figure out what to do with them Tuesday and Wednesday - I have an activity in mind, and I've found half the materials for it so far . . .
