VERY smoothly, actually - we were there a total of just over two hours, and some of that was "hello"s before and after the meeting. Generally, everyone there was of the same mind, and it went pretty fast.
I've had worse.
Mind you, now that we're home I'm not moving until we have to go to Bagels/move the car tomorrow. It was, in fact, still frickin' hot.
the vote re does the membership uphold the board's decision to suspend the elected director of record was: yes 106 no 12 abstain 3 also those in attendance agreed w/ 2 abstentions that we need not have a special election since it is so close to the general election
