You might not find out for a bit--last time I got hit strongly and couldn't associate it with anyone I'm close to, it turned out to be my cousin's wife losing their baby 3 days before it was due. And I am not close to them--don't think I've ever even met her, but because I was calling my mother trying to figure out who/what I was feeling as it didn't seem to be anyone obvious (and didn't feel like any of those people), when she found out Janet lost the baby she asked the time and it was right when I called her freaking out. Which was incredibly sad.
Anyway, it may be something farther afield that will take a while to find out about.
