omorkaAnd a Happy Winter Solstice to everyone.
I had intended to do my now-traditional roast pork and colcannon for Yule dinner, but having been exhausted from the workweek, I have not picked up the necessities for either of these. I do have enough potatoes from a previous shopping trip, but I need to get the roast and the cabbage.
