I dunno if there are fifth chakra issues about, or if it's just bad timing, but at least three people on my friendslist have posted about neck pain or sore throats in the past 24 hours.

*winces in sympathy*

*offers a virtual hot watter bottle and mugs of green tea to all and sundry*

Neck still stiff and sore as of this morning. Bad, but not the "trembling, teeth chattering" badness of yesterday.
