Unfortunately, no - I just had a very frustrating conversation with a co-worker wherein I discovered that our CP passed up a chance to hire a fully certified counselor who was already familiar with our school and procedures this summer, in favor of a provisionally certified fellow who still hasn't got clue one halfway through the year - solely because this guy was male, and she felt like it would look like reverse discrimination if there were no males on our counseling staff.
