People as Text Editors

Some people change fonts easily, but you can't import text well. Some people are good at graphics and text both, and some expect someone else to deal with the graphics. Some are good at justification, and some . . . aren't.

Some people are WYSIWYG.

Some people are YAFIYGI.

Some people cannot recognise eTLAs without better hints.

I like to think of myself as a layout program with fully featured text editing capabilities as well as good drawing tools and the ability to import images from other programs. Perhaps I'm Freehand, or possibly InDesign.

I've always thought of you as more than a text editor. You're one of those writing programs for professional writers - the kind that has lots of templates, a pretty good built-in Thesaurus and Dictionary, and a grammar editor that works.

Excellent deduction! You get an imaginary cookie. :) (It's usually given in the past tense - "You asked for it, you got it" - but that's a trivial nitpick.)
