Enki's got several loosely related spheres of influence - water (specifically freshwater, his mother is saltwater), fertility, cleverness and ingenuity, craftsmanship, and magic.

I suppose that might fall under fertility, come to think, although with him it's usually the fertility of plants and fields; the fertility of beasts and men is more Inanna's purview.
