Hurican Looks Back Into You
Aug. 30th, 2008 02:47 pmSnagged an image of the current tropical weather situation (actually, from about an hour ago at the time of this posting) from Weather Underground.
The centers of the storms aren't at exactly the same latitude, but it's close enough. It sure looks like they're looking back at the satellite . . .
I just love that the existence of two tropical storms/hurricanes right next to each other means that our predictions for where either one of them will go are little better than vague guesses. :-/
Oh, and the semi-circular cloud formation on the far right of the photo is Invest 97 deciding whether it wants to get its act together and spin up into a tropical depression.
