What a silly question. No, of course not; that wouldn't be scientific. The scientific method is a specific set of rules for pursuing a certain set of questions. Anything for which no hypothesis can be formulated, or no measurements made, can't be explained by science - by definition.
Or, to put it another way, I believe in such absurdities as Liberty, Justice, Mercy, Poetry, Inspiration, and Love, among ten thousand others. I serve Mathematics, the Imperatrix who rules the sciences and is not ruled by them. And because I serve at her feet, I know in my bones what Godel proved - that there are things that are true, but not provable. There is more in the cosmos than can be dreamt by any philosophy.
None of this should be taken as any lack of respect for Science on my part. She is infinitely powerful; she is just not all-powerful. (Rather like Love, in that respect.)
