Obvious Post
Jul. 22nd, 2008 06:14 pmWell, hello, Dolly!
We're starting to get rain bands that aren't part of the hurricane, exactly, just sort of being pushed around by it. She's not coming here, but we'll be getting random tropical moisture she shoves along for the next few days, it looks like. Not much wind forecasted (something like a 10% chance of tropical storm-force winds), and we can use the rain.
She doesn't even have a real eye, and isn't expected to get above Category 1. Corpus and Brownsville, batten the hatches and good luck!
