Pagans, go where we send ye -
How shall we send ye? . . .

One for the infant Sun God,
Born, born, born at Yuletide's turn.

Two for the Lord and Lady,
One for the infant Sun God . . .

. . . I shall send ye three by three,
Three for the Maiden, Mother, and Crone,
Two for the Lord and Lady . . .

. . . I shall send ye four by four,
Four for the Earth, Air, Water, and Fire, . . .

. . . I shall send ye five by five,
Five for the points of the pentacle, . . .

. . . I shall send ye six by six,
Six for the seeds that Kore ate, . . .

. . . I shall send thee seven by seven,
Seven for the seven sisters, . . .

. . . I shall send thee eight by eight,
Eight for the spokes of the Wheel of the Year, . . .

. . . I shall send thee nine by nine,
Nine for the Muses on the Mount, . . .
