Decadiversarry

omorkaTen years ago today was the opening Friday of Owlcon 15.
I was supposed to be running it with RTBII, but two days prior to then, he had attempted to strangle me, and thus, in my opinion, ended the relationship. As such, he was choosing not to be present at Owlcon at all.
I was the lone coordinator, and I spent the entire weekend at the registration desk. Ate there, slept there, gamed there. (As an aside from the romantic story, big props to JWMIII, who was not intending to take a big leadership role at Owlcon 15, having co-run Owlcon 14, and stepped up to the plate nicely.)
But I wasn't alone.

bibulb and I spent as officially "going out." Even though he didn't need to, he spent the entire weekend at/on/under the registration table with me.
We've spent bloody few weekends apart since. :)
