Mar. 2nd, 2003 02:08 amOkay - someone in the DreamWorld needs me to say this, and MOO III is out, so I'm saying it here. I doubt you're out here, and if you are, you almost certainly aren't reading this, but here goes, anyway:
Martin Leuschen, I still love you, and I apologize for everything I ever said that made you uncomfortable except that one.
*whew*

In other news, the blue car died (transmission failed spectacularly on the same day Columbia fell). After a very uncomfortable two weeks riding around in the MIL's car, the Spouse found a 1989 Honda Prelude for sale fairly cheaply, which we bought. Almost immediately the spedometer started to fail, although not nearly as noisily as the previous one (it hasn't fallen off yet). the rest of the car seems quite functional, though, and it's nice having semi-functional AC again (knock wood).
I am currently off-Pill and about to gnaw through some ropes. The Spouse and I had a major spat at L.W.'s baby shower - everyone in the whole place asked me when *we* were going to have kids, and not a single person asked the Spouse. As if *I* were the person who had no interest in performing the Act that Makes a Baby. *sniffle* I need to schedule an OB/Gyn appointmnet and find out if, in the opinion of the medical establishment, I am ready to start trying. I don't think I've ovulated this cycle, but I can tell my ovaries are trying to do something . . .
I am so thrilled to have my 3A class. They've realized that talking about esoteric physics will get me off topic - and they like esoteric physics enough to want to get me talking about it! We spent 10 minutes this last Friday talking about the 4th dimension and tessering. I absolutely have to get Cal BC; that way I get to have half of them again in two years. YAFIYGI . . .
I miss the Spouse's friends, my high school friends, and my old gaming buddies so badly I want to scream.
RIP Mr. Rogers and Dr. Doty.
