My first thought was some awful cross between a bachelorette party and a baby shower. Don't ask me what a bachelorette party would be like without the alcohol or what a baby shower would be like with the alcohol.

I have more issues with the pet birthday industry. Still, that cake sends the wrong message. I can imagine the expectant mother watching the crowd cut into the belly of this cake and wincing just a little.
