Here is the basics: For a more in depth analysis, I suggest you look up the Color Code, and take a more intensive test.

BLUE WANTS: To reveal insecurities, Quality, Autonomy, Secuirity.
SUMMARY: Blues are motivated by altruism. They love to do nice things for others. they look for opportunites to give up something in order to bring another person happiness. selflessness rather than selfishness is their guiding philosophy. Blues seek intimacy. They want to be loved and to love. A true blue will sacrifice a successful career to improve an important relationship. Blues crave being understood. They are gratified when they are listened to, when they feel understood and appreciated. Blues may have thier hearts broken more than most people, but they also spend much more time in love. Blues are directed by a strong moral conscience. They have a moral code that guides them in their decision making, their value judgements, and their leisure time. A blue would rather lose than cheat. Ethically, blues are people who should be in positions of power, but seldom are.

First response: do whuuuuut?
Second response: oh, these aren't the same divisions as the True Colors test, but like them, they've divided traits such that I actually fall between two groups - this 'blue' group and whatever the 'red' group is. (In True Colors, for those of you who are familiar with them, I am almost tied between Green and Blue, with Green predominant by a couple of points, Gold in distant third, and almost no points in Orange at all.)

Yup. I'm Purple. I appreciate Whites, but I don't understand their motives. And Yellows drive me crazy.
Edit: So, I was curious, and I went and took the 'official' quiz on their website. They don't give you a numerical breakdown of your scores, and have the non-dominant slices in their pie chart greyed out, but assuming the pie chart is correct, which I feel justified assuming since it has only three visible slices and a generic placeholder would show four (and I am damn near positive that I am clear in Yellow), Red is only second by a sliver. Power and Intimacy in near-equal measures, with Intimacy winning in the case of a tie? With Peace a concern, but never an overwhelming one, and Fun not even in the picture? Yeah, given that "Knowledge" isn't included in this picture, I'll buy that. Too bad the quizzy version doesn't explain itself well.
