So now the McCain campaign is claiming that they didn't remember ol' Clayton Williams's little faux pas back in 1990?

Who are these people, and why do they keep sending them to us?

And the candidate's memory seems to be just about as swiss-cheesed now as, well, as Reagan's was at the same age. I know the Republicans lionize the dude, but that didn't work out so well.

In other news, I love the Internet. I now have ten (count 'em) covers of "Video Killed the Radio Star," plus one obvious parody, "Internet Killed the Video Star." Also, I found a copy of "Come and Follow Me," the end theme from Short Circuit, which never got a commercial release as far as I can tell.

I remember. Before that incident I thought Texas was a pretty cool state. It was pretty hard to defend Texas to out of town family after that.

I really miss Ann Richards and Molly Ivins. Texas has had it's very cool people, just far too few of them.
