Just in case anyone was wondering what I was going on about at Bagels, this is the song. I was recognizing Hornsby's voice but not being able to place it.

bassfingers, you were right, it is the circle of fifths, at least for the first two rows and part of the third. The keys on the autoharp are:

Row one: E-flat major, B-flat major, F major, C major, G major, D major, A major
Row two: F7, C7, G7, D7, A7, E7, B7
Row three: A-flat major, B-flat 7, C minor, G minor, D minor, A minor, E minor
