I like the ladies. It's a decent gag, and something they touch upon in the second season which you haven't bothered watching yet. Sarah Jane and Rose have an interesting dynamic! (There are a couple of really clever episodes in the third season you could stand to watch too, for that matter.)

The gents feel a bit phoned in. I also question the gender segregation.
