Fictional Character Survey

Here are five fictional characters that I want on my side when the apocalypse comes.
1) The Doctor, in any odd-numbered incarnation or incarnation 4 (actual preference list: 9, 5, 4, 3, 7, 1). That much experience, plus a sonic screwdriver, plus absolute timing and some telepathy? He's my Time Lord and Savior! (It's even better if he comes with the TARDIS, but I want him on my side even without it.)
2) The fictionalized Tiamat from the AD&D cartoon. Five-headed dragon with five different breath weapons, flight, instantaneous planar travel, and an implied snarky sense of humor? Sign me up.
3) River Tam from Firefly. Sure, she'll be a liability in some situations, barefoot and befuzzled, but she's way smarter than me, she's an unmatched marksman and an unbeatable melee fighter, and she's a better telepath than the Doctor.
4) Simon Tam, because otherwise River won't be functional, and in an apocalypse, we can probably use one of the best doctors in the system. The Doctor will do all the talking, so his biggest weakness is already covered.
5) Phoenix (the original one). Yeah, okay, this list is goddess-heavy and telepath-heavy, but really - there's very little she can't do. (And I'd like to think that the Doctor and River will have better luck helping her integrate her Dark side than Professor X would.)
And the Doctor and River have large enough stores of knowlege that we should be able to re-establish civilization relatively easily.
In case anyone was curious, Hermione Granger and Egon Spengler both just barely missed the list, and I reserve the right to substitute either of them in Phoenix's place in case of magical or supernatural apocalypses.
