Heh. Not really true re: actual range (I can hit that high note in falsetto only), but perhaps not a bad description. I'm a wee bit annoyed that my actual usual singing range is my lowest score, though.

I got Mezzo, too. I do end up singing second soprano when it gets close to concert time and we realize the balance between the two soprano parts is way off, because I can learn the other part quickly and don't have a whole lot of ego invested in I AM FIRST SOPRANO like a lot of other gals in the section. But it's definitely not my preferred range, especially that lowest third.
