Pronoia n. - (1) The suspicion that others are plotting for your benefit. (2) The belief that the Universe is engaging in a conspiracy on your behalf (whether combined that of others or not). (3) The delusion that others think well of you.
What a useful word!
(This inspired me to look up "hypernoia," which is not nearly so much fun: rapidity of thought, esp. of the type seen in the manic phase of manic depression.)
