Bright blessings, it's finally raining! This has been one of the dryest Junes on record for Houston. While I'll admit that the lack of humidity has been nice when waiting at bus stops and the like, it's been hellish for the local flora and somewhat disconcerting to me. But the Stormers have deigned to notice us again. Yaay!

I tried & tried & tried to hook some of the beautiful thunderheads in Corpus this weekend & bring 'em back with me - but was largely unsuccessful.

On the radar it looks like the water is down in the southwest. Send some up north of I-10, please!

It didn't last very long here. Don't know whether there might be more on the way, but the sky doesn't look hopeful for it at the moment.
