Okay, just us? Here goes:
I'm going to assume that Linkara is Lewis's age, plus or minus a couple of years, if for no other reason than that he doesn't seem to be playing the character significantly younger or older than that.
The movie seems to suggest that Harvey is somewhere in his 50s, which would make sense if he sees Linkara as a son-substitute. It doesn't make much sense with his profession, but the simplest way to deal with that is to assume musical tastes are different in the At4W-verse than in this one; if he were an actual Rat Packer he'd require a timeskip.
We have it from Word of God on the Secret Origins DVD that '90s Kid is supposed to be a teenager, or at least was at the time of the publication of the DVD in 2013. If we put him at the upper limit of what was suggested there at the time of the DVD's release and then allow him to age, he's about 17-19 now. This would imply that he doesn't actually remember the '90s, which is supportable given his dialogue with Lupa in the movie but seems inconsistent with his early appearances. The same discussion on the DVD floats the idea that '90s Kid does have a canonical timeskip and it simply hasn't ever come up; I personally quite like the idea, and not just because it makes him an even closer equivalent to '80s Dan. I tend to write him this way, with a presumed birthdate somewhere around 1985-6 and the timeskip meaning he didn't experience 2000-2008. It has the mildly amusing corollary that he'd be technically older than Linkara.
I don't think we have any evidence to speculate about the Ninja-Style Dancer's age at all, other than that he's an adult. Ditto Boffo. I tend to see them both as older than Linkara, but not much.
Linksano is, if you'll forgive a whole ton of speculation here, an interesting case. If he really has a doctorate (whether a Ph.D. in SCIENCE! or an M.D.) and didn't skip multiple years in grade school, he has to be at least 24 in his initial appearance, which already makes him older than Linkara. I actually think he's older than that, though. It's not clear when the events of Party Mania occur, but the game was published in '93, so that's the last year in which they can possibly occur, and Oscar Schlumper is clearly at least 12 in the video, which implies a birthdate somewhere around '81. The music and other aesthetics of the Party Mania-verse actually suggest that it takes place earlier, firmly in the pre-grunge big hair era, which would push his birthdate back even further; the presence of '80s Chick is non-conclusive evidence in favor of an earlier date as well. Assuming that that universe's timeline matches ours, that would put Linksano's age at around 35 currently, if not potentially a little older. (This also ends up making Wayne/Insano older than Spoony. I'm 100% okay with that, too.)

Date: 2016-01-23 10:17 pm (UTC)In a Brad Tries episode, Dan shows up to give Brad a bottle of Coke II. When asked where he got it, Dan replied “some 90s guy who was also in limbo”, referencing the Bimbos in Time crossover when Dan and 90s Kid first met in person. Dan denotes his own timeskip as a “time limbo” period and by saying that 90s Kid was ‘also in limbo’, he’s directly saying that 90s Kid also went through a timeskip. Of course, you can definitely argue that the video isn’t canonical since it was not made by Lewis. However, it’s still a fun tidbit to add to the trivia.
Linksano, as you say, is an interesting case with plenty to speculate about. In the 2013 Youmacon promo video featuring an offscreen Linksano going back and forth with an onscreen Pollo, Linksano blows off the idea of a convention taking place on Halloween in lieu of going trick-or-treating. Pollo points out that Linksano is around 26 and is questionably old to go out trick-or-treating. If this is true, that would make Linksano at a much closer age to Linkara. Give or take a year to account for some leeway and that would put Linksano at 22-24 during his initial appearance. One the one hand, it’s just a humorous little side video clearly meant for laughs. On the other, there is the assumption the events are supposed to be actually happening since it’s a real announcement for a real thing. So there’s another possible-canon thing to toss into the mix.
Now, if you really want to get into some interesting stuff, there’s always speculating the logistics of Wayne and Oscar being “worldwide and incorporated” in Party Mania despite obviously being under 18.
