I'm the cruiser, You're the bruiser?
Sep. 10th, 2012 10:25 pmSo, apparently a Maryland politican wrote a letter to the owner of the Ravens complaining about them . . . not yelling at one of their linebackers for speaking out in favor of marriage equality. On his official stationary as a legislator. This is tacky at best and an actual First Amendment issue at worst (I'm currently leaning towards "tacky in the extreme").
So, like any other red-blooded American would under the circumstances, the punter for the Minnesota Vikings wrote what is possibly the first letter to a legislator to contain both a reference to Jackie Robinson and the word "cockmonster" in support of his colleague. It is brazenly, powerfully, obscenely NSFW, and you should totally read it anyway. It single-handedly raised the reputation of the NFL, an organization in which young men repeatedly concuss themselves and each other for our entertainment, two notches in my esteem.

Also, anti-marriage-equality politics and erectile dysfunction medications: two mouth-puckering tastes that are remarkably funny together.
