Several of their picks are actors I don't know, or don't know well, and I disagree with their choice for Chief O'Brien (sorry, he just doesn't have the right physical presence for the part, IMHO).
However, I would do all kinds of inappropriate things for their castings for Data (*fans self*), Worf, Q, and Picard (*fans self harder*). And their casting for Barclay very nearly made me spit tea on my keyboard.
