I Promise Not To Name It Emma

The baker's peel I ordered came in today (by itself - I hope the rest of the order is just coming from another warehouse). I now understand why these things were used as weapons in Ranma 1/2! I got the "small" size; I suspect the large one wouldn't have actually fit in the oven. It certainly would have been bigger than the baker's stone I have.

I shall have to try the peel ansd stone out with a couple of round loaves early this coling week - if not tomorrow, then Monday or Tuesday. Anyone want to help sample bread? ;-)
