Further Adventures in Fibers

So I went to a Local Fabric Store to pick up some thread to make some minor clothing repairs, some grosgrain ribbon to try and salvage a pair of Really Cheap Shoes, and a whole bunch of T-pins in anticipations of finally getting to block Cobweb (I have a box of U-pins, but that's so totally not going to cut it - this thing has about a bajillion points). While there, I also ended up getting:

A set of general-purpose needles (sharps and embroidery needles, mostly) with bonus needle threader, to assist in said clothing repairs (it was cheaper than just buying a set of sharps and a needle threader separately, and I have no idea where my last needle set is)

An orchid-pink folding chair (it was 50% off, and we can use another living room chair that can be folded away as needed)

A set of yarn darning needles (in case I need to do any Russian joins)

The kicker: four skeins of Cha Cha yarn, labels long since gone and wrapped in hastily-constructed butcher-paper labels, in the Tango colorway, clearanced out at $.50 each

Now, I have no idea what I'm going to do with four skeins of seriously froufrou yarn. Google says it's 100% nylon, 77 yards/skein. This looks like it's all from the same dye lot, at least - I can't see any obvious differences between the skeins. It's curly eyelash yarn, very frizzy, in a sort of tigerish color mix - light tawny yellow, coppery orange, bronze-y brown, and black, with no color predominating (maybe a little less of the black and a little more of the other three). I guess I could double-strand it with some heavy worsted black or dark brown wool and make a long, skinny scarf-cum-boa, with a matching hat using the foofy as a bottom band and maybe some patterning or simple cables on the body. It's a nice autumnal set of colors. I wouldn't normally pick up such froufrou yarn, especially on a whim, but dang, it was cheap.

(And I wouldn't usually buy a pink chair, either, but the other color choice was bright yellow, which was even worse.)
