omorkaOne of the medium-term projects this summer has been cleaning out my closet. I'm done except for shoes.
I haven't really done a full purge since the fire (which was a full enough purge, ne?), so a lot of the things I removed are things purchased or given me right after it occurred.
The stuff that has been pulled got divided into four piles:
- Things that were noticably stained or otherwise damaged
- Things that are still wearable, in Houston
- Things that are still wearable, in Houston in the winter
- Things that are still wearable, and really too heavy to be worn in Houston on any regular basis at any time of year
The first pile has been dumped into the rag bin. The middle two I can donate to a local charity when I get around to it, or just dump off with Goodwill if I can't find one that needs women's clothes in sizes 18-22.
What on earth do I do with the last pile?
