Ship I like that everyone else seems to hate: Ray/Egon - it seems to be law that Egon gets paired with Janine for het and Peter for slash, and no one else.

Ship I like that everyone else seems to hate: No one other than the aforementioned serene_quill seems to ship Vincent with anyone at all, at least not on LJ.

I secretly 'ship Vincent with Zane in a feeder/feedee relationship and/or an under-the-table pain relationship. (Vincent likes hurting; Zane likes cracking the whip.)

Once upon a time, I stumbled onto some really cracky Vincent/Eva Thorne drabbles on Dreamwidth. This was before I had seen a single episode of the show so I didn't understand the full depth of depravity that writer tapped into.
