Why I miss LJ, #317

You know, if this had been as early as ten years ago, all I would have to do to find a nice and proper Ineffable Husbands icon would be to trawl around three or four icon accounts. Now I might have to make one myself, and all I have on this laptop is the equivalent of a paint program.

I've still got to find more icons now that I've got slots. Tumblr seems to be half GO, but I take the icon forums here on DW don't have that bias?

I don't even have a regular icon forum on here that I trust that I can go to, is the real problem. On LJ there were half a dozen.

I've been picking up some from misbegotten and other places that come up when I use search here on DW.

Admittedly, this means I'm running through a lot of images I haven't watched the source.
