On June 7, 1984, my favorite movie had its premiere. (Figures that a movie about misfit geniuses and teamwork would be a Gemini, eh?)
Happy 25th Anniversary, Drs. Venkman, Stantz, and Spengler, Mr. Zeddemore, and Ms. Melnitz. I've enjoyed having you around for this much of my life, and I suspect my adolescence would have been very different without your influence. May you live, as characters may and mortals may not, until the end of human memory.
Thank you, Mr. Aykroyd, Mr. Ramis, and Mr. Reitman. I hope you are still as pleased with your work now as the day you gave it to the world. I've certainly enjoyed it.
